Meghan and Tina met at a large Atlanta networking function in 2016. After years of exchanging laughs, sharing industry updates, and developing a great respect for one another, they decided to merge their expertise and efforts to build something unique and very much needed for their clients.

"Over the years, we have been told by clients that the way in which we help help them fill critical roles in order to grow, is a service that they really need. There are not a lot of people who do what we do, both in our process and affordability. Our clients appreciate our specific industry experience as well," explains Meghan.

Having recruited for many companies and having been recruited by organizations over the years, Tina and Meghan have learned a lot about what works and what doesn't. They pull from decades of experience to make the recruiting process for their clients as seamless and effective as possible.

"Clients often share that they appreciate how efficiently we find who they are seeking. We have our processes down well and it works," Tina adds.

Since the late 1990's, Meghan has been dedicated to growing small to mid-sized locally owned and operated businesses. She has owned previous businesses in production, marketing and recruiting, held leadership positions in-home services and legal organizations, and has led sales and marketing for a reputable training and development company. All of this, plus years in sales and sales leadership roles in growing organizations, has positioned her to help clients grow successfully through Quality Applicants. Wife and mom of three daughters, Meghan loves sharing meals and traveling with family and friends. She enjoys doing Pilates too.

Tina has always been a connector of people…she has a passion and natural ability for bringing people together. This, combined with her marketing background, has delivered proven results in connecting quality candidates to her clients. She worked for major media broadcast organizations throughout Florida and Georgia before she embarked on launching McKenna Media Group in 2009. She’s been highly successful in marketing and growing clients since then as well as recruiting for many organizations. Her clients have been in-home services, automotive, assisted living, and health and wellness industries. Tina enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis and being an active member of the Rotary Club of Alpharetta.
